Coconut Bread

Alex Kornswiet
Coconut is such a delicious flavor - and one I don't always remember to use it! It automatically makes me think of tropical places, like Hawaii, or treats, like Mounds bars - all good things! I wanted to make a quick bread (no rising time), with a the delicious coconut flavor I love, and something you can have all day! This bread doesn't disappoint!
