Cinnamon Raisin Wheat Bread

This is a quick bread recipe that tastes like you spent all day on it! Most wheat bread needs time for multiple rises, but this can be made in a single bowl, without rise time, and baked in 30-35 minutes! In under an hour, you’ll have a delicious, homemade wheat bread, with just a bit of sweetness!

If you’re not a fan of raisins, you can omit them or even replace them with chocolate chips for a sweeter bread. If you don’t like maple syrup, you can replace that with honey, but this will change the flavor of the bread. The maple syrup doesn’t stand out and gives the bread a deeper flavor, while the honey will give the bread a sweeter flavor, but also delicious. That is up to you, but I prefer the maple syrup for this recipe!

This is a healthy, hearty bread that goes well with butter, as french toast, and so much more. You won’t regret making it!
